Tony Og has competed in and worked at the heart of All Ireland winning teams in sport and with high performing teams in business for over a decade.
He competed at the highest levels in GAA with the Galway minor, under 21 and senior hurlers from 2000-2013 winning many national honours at minor, intermediate and senior level. He works full time as a performance psychology coach with many individuals and teams in sports, schools and business such as Tipperary Senior hurlers (2016-18), Galway Senior Footballers (2015-18), Galway Minor Hurlers (2015-17).
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 10 years’ experience in industry and practice. He holds an honours Commerce degree from NUIG, a post-grad in Economic Science, he holds a master’s in applied Sports and Exercise Psychology from WIT, a certificate in physical conditioning in sport from Setanta College, Accredited Diploma in life and executive coaching and a certificate in mindfulness.
